Renee Ratcliffe has been planning events in Barbados for several years, after graduating from The Art Institute in Ft Laurderdale, Florida.

Renee has designed and produced an annual Costume Band for Crop Over (the local Carnival) for the past five years, winning several prizes for costume design. She brings this level of planning, design, co-ordination and management to planning Weddings and Parties. She is a perfectionist, and knows how to overcome the difficulties of getting everything to work, when everyone wants to be on "Island Time".

Renee has  planned many weddings and special events,  from the traditional wedding, to the Cliff top ceremony for passengers from a visiting Cruise Ship.  Renee is full of energy and vitality, and loves working with people.
